Refund Policy for Annual Service:

We do provide refunds to subscribers who pay for a full year in advance and then find they must leave our service before the year is up. The amount of refund is based on the following scale:

Account cancellations and refund requests should be made at least two days prior to billing date. Cancellations and refund requests made after are effected on the next billing date.

There are additional charges for wrong chargebacks and bounced checks:

• Bounced Charge Fee -- For all accounts in the event of a chargeback, Shadrach Online will immediately suspend the account upon notification of the credit card company and an investigation will immediately occur. If the chargeback is deemed to be erroneous the user agrees to pay Shadrach Online a fee of $35 for processing to reinstate the account. The $35 reinstatement charge should be paid in check payable to Shadrach Online drawable in any US bank.
• Bounced Check -- An additional $10 service fee on top of the amount to be paid.

Also, please note that refunds will not be pro-rated for the month you cancel in. So if you cancel in middle of the 5th month, you would receive exactly $92.65 in refund.
