Refund Policy
With the exception of Annual Payments for our Dialup Services, all fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Annual Service:
We do provide refunds to subscribers who pay for a full year in advance and then find they must leave our service before the year is up. The amount of refund is based on the following scale:

Account cancellations and refund requests should be made at least two days prior to billing date. Cancellations and refund
requests made after are effected on the next billing date.
There are additional charges for wrong chargebacks and bounced checks:
- Wrong chargeback file -- An additional $25 fine on top of the amount charged back.
- Bounced Check -- An additional $10 service fee on top of the amount to be paid.
Also, please note that refunds will not be pro-rated for the month you cancel in. So if you cancel in middle of the 5th month, you would receive exactly $92.65 in refund.
